Eight Steps We Stake Our Name On
An 8-Step Process for Steam Cleaning
Introduction: The pre-inspection includes a walk the home/business with the client, discuss any trouble areas and expectations the client has.
Vacuum: This removes most insoluble soil that is abrasive to filament
Pre-spray/Agitation: This assists in separating dirt and oils from fibers for better cleaning.
Hot Water Extraction: Hot water breaks down soluble material and removes it through the vacuum process.
Speed Dry: Air movers are placed throughout the home/business during the cleaning process to speed up the drying of carpet.
Tear down/Clean up: This includes wiping off baseboards and hard wood floors where needed, and tearing down equipment.
Grooming: The carpet is raked to stand filaments on end to assist the drying process and helps overall appearance.
Post-inspection: We walk the home with the client (if available) and discuss any areas that need further attention. If the client is not available, areas of concern will be communicated with the client.
The Level 8 team operates truck-mounted cleaning machines using the hot water extraction method, the most recommended cleaning by carpet manufacturers.
