Job Description
Water Damage Restoration
Respond promptly to emergency water damage situations, including floods, leaks, and other water-related incidents.
Conduct thorough assessments of water damage and develop effective restoration plans.
Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitation procedures to minimize damage and prevent mold growth.
Utilize advanced equipment and techniques to restore affected areas to industry standards.
Document and communicate restoration progress to clients and insurance companies.
Carpet Cleaning
Conduct pre-inspections of carpets to identify stains, damages, and specific cleaning requirements.
Perform carpet cleaning using appropriate methods, such as steam cleaning/hot water extraction.
Apply stain removal treatments and deodorizers as needed.
Ensure proper handling of equipment and chemicals to maintain safety standards.
Educate clients on carpet maintenance and provide recommendations for extending carpet lifespan.
Customer Service
Interact professionally with clients, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of the restoration and cleaning processes.
Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach throughout service delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Experience
No experience needed. We will train.
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and techniques is a plus
IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Cleaning is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficient in the use of water extraction equipment, dehumidifiers, air movers, and carpet cleaning machinery.
Ability to assess and address various types of water damage scenarios.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to challenging and dynamic situations.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
